Family Court's not following statute to decide joint custody

Some times courts have all the evidence presented to them in a respectful manner by a woman's attorney. Evidence which would hightlight the facts. That the aforementioned father has a drug, alcohol, or violent history yet, they still base their decisions on arbitrarily deciding that the child's best interest is with BOTH parents!
