Kristen Chase, a former musician and college professor now pilot widow and stay-at-home-parent, talks about all things mom (and not-so-mom) in this bi-monthly podcast featuring your favorite bloggers, authors, entrepreneurs, and all-around cool people. Her no-more-mrs.-nice-mom take on motherhood is not for the faint of heart. Weak bladders, however, are welcome.

What's a parenting radio show without the cliche' father's day special? I was joined by blogger Gunfighter (www.gunfightersview.blogspot.com), Dad and Light Iris Founder (www.lightiris.com) Kevin Burke, and author of "Daddy Needs a Drink" Robert Wilder (www.robertwilder.com).
Unsure of what to get Dad for Father's Day, or just need a break from all the mommy crap that has infiltrated your brain. Check out this show and read more here:http://motherhooduncensored.typepad.com/motherhood_uncensored/2007/05/whats_worse_tha.html

I was joined by guest Mothergoosemouse and editor Dale McGowan and contributing author Noell Hyman. We discussed Parenting Without Belief -- the concept and the new book.
Parenting beyond belief is not about denying children religion, but really, opening things up for discussion and allowing them to explore all religions so when they are able, they can choose what's right for them. The misnomer is that secular parenting is non-religious; on the contrary it is more about multiple religions, being informed, and finding spirituality in a way that allows us to ask and answer questions.
