Call in to speak with the host
Elizabeth Early Sheehan, Consulting Hypnotist and HypnoCoach, guides her clients with hypnosis techniques into a "natural yet heightened state of consciousness” that allows her to bypass the critical factor of the conscious mind and speak directly to the subconscious. Simply put, this means she asks the conscious mind to step aside while she speaks to the subconscious. Hypnosis techniques have been successfully used since the mid-eighteenth century in helping clients change behaviors and habits. Elizabeth helps her clients with smoking cessation, eating too much, managing hot flashes, dealing with stress, eliminating fuzzy brain, improving focus, eliminating anxiety, and managing pain.
Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, Elizabeth has developed her guidance skills over 15 years of practice. She and her husband, Dr. John Sheehan, have a thriving practice in Kerrville, Texas.
Elizabeth is also an organizational specialist and a life coach. She works with veterans who are experiencing PTSD, was honored by the Small Business Association as the "Women in Business Champion of the Year" in 2006 and also received the "Women's Entrepreneurial Spirit". She can be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
It's good to talk.
