The "Emotionally Fit" person neither ignores nor suppresses their emotions (at one extreme), nor are they overwhelmed or lost in them (the other extreme). Emotions are an internal 'GPS' system. The "Emotionally Fit" person is able to use this system to receive guidance and intuition through feeling. . .which in turn allows for deeper and more expansive lessons. . .which translates to real internal power and wisdom.
TO PARTICIPATE YOU WILL NEED: 1) paper / journal / notebook / sketchbook
2) pens / markers/ crayons / colored pencils
3) stickers or images cut-out from magazines (if these aren't available you may just draw the images instead)
4) a private space where you can work without being interrupted
Your entire inner world is invited to practice a simple, powerful, fun technique to gain more "innerstanding" about what is going on within YOU. With this fun technique, we will strengthen the relationship between your Self and your "Inner Children" or "Parts". You will be inspired by the incredible beauty and wisdom of your inner world AND empowered to relate to that world in ways that will increase your presence, effectiveness and power in the external world. No matter how much inner havoc you currently experience ---even if your inner world is full of wars, crusades & jihads---this technique can help. Even if you carry a burden that feels unrepairable, this technique can lay the foundation to build the relationship with your inner world that will be required to heal it. All can be healed but it's up to YOU.
