Cookbook author and gluten-free, dairy-free refined sugar-free recipe expert Kelly Brozyna has been healing her two children, along with herself and her husband, from not only multiple food sensitivities, but from serious health issues which challenged their whole family.
Explains Brozyna, "After finding out my daughters, now ages 5 and 7, reacted to wheat and dairy, I myself was diagnosed with celiac disease. Together my family and I are overcoming autism, ADD, celiac disease and gluten intolerance."
Kelly, a food coach by trade, set about focusing her considerable alternative culinary skills on her own family, developing dozens of recipes which are at once incredibly delicious, completely accessible, and allergan-free. All of them healthful, and using only natural ingredients (no artificial sweeteners here!)
The result is the stunning 5-star recipe book, "The Spunky Coconut", and a second book in the works (focusing, says Brozyna, on desserts - yum!)
