Animal rights advocate Jessica Stout has been in the animal rescue, care, and advocacy profession for over 12 years. She began her career at the Humane Society of Silicon Valley, and then went on to become a veterinary technician, spending several years in emergency rescue medicine and care with such organizations as the San Francisco SPCA, and Solano County Animal Control, where she was the Animal Care Manager.
