Hi Dr. Monda Williams. I have dated a NFL football player and they are not all innocent. I truly believe that he did have that girl set up. I know his mom wants to believe his innocense, but he did what he did. YES there are groupies. I have a 7 year old son and I believe in protecting him, but I would never condone him killing a woman because she was scared and he was pregnant!! NFL players a mostly players, liars and cheaters because that is the way women allow them to be. I know that my ex is capable of the same crime. He has threatened me on several occasions. Not to be biased but he is what he is!!!

My purpose is to serve as a public resource to help women and communities. At our fundamentally flawed core, the aim of almost any learning process is to help us become who we are not.
From there, a cascading understanding of the many life issues and the soundness of my solutions began to flow through my future endeavors, that was a crucial turning point. An inability to look critically at your own biases or limitations in perspective causes you to devalue the essential information that those around are trying to provide.
Charismatic leaders often pose a serious threat to the survival of an organization because they frequently try to appear infallible and decisive at the expense of not making the right decision.
Such as, sitting down and talking about one fundamental issue during conflict. It’s not about fighting with anyone or saying I’m not going to take it anymore. It’s about trying to find common ground. Being open and honest about how you are making the problems for the other person and how they are making problems for you.
It has more to do with how we deal with each other and could improve our processes together. It has to be a two way deal. And frankly most of us have some problems that cannot be changed overnight. But approaching each life situation with a fuller understanding and perspective, you are able to take a much more constructive approach to negotiations. Resolving a much better long term relationship.
You cannot just assume someone out there is a bad guy. You create as many problems for them as they do for you. You better figure out what role you have in the problem, take responsibility for that, and offer to change, if you are going to turn around and expect them to change for you. By taking this approach will establish a different tone to any dialogue. Excluding or not being about ego’s or power struggles. It’s about what is fair and bringing the system more into balance.
