Would making a law that makes children of American fathers open up a big can of worms. Vietnam is not the only country that men hv fathered children. Besides many men in the military in other countries, there are men who go on business trips, vacations, transfer for work and then get transfered back and I'm sure there are thousands of children out there. Does this mean because there father is american it gives them citizenship. There are women who want to come to the U.S. could they not use
