The road to true happiness is not traveled as often as some of us may think. Especially in the black community. As much as this show is for Mommy's of all races, I have a passion for well...black women. I don't think I need to say why. Far too often we are not experiencing the happiness we truly desire. And for whatever reason, we have this idea that it is the fault of something outside ourselves. Through my own journies and experiences. I am realzing this CANNOT be the truth.
Join Us for this next episode as we talk with Dr. Nalani Valentine to discuss how we can fast track our health and happiness. These two go hand in hand. If you don't feel good you WILL NOT be happy. This is going to be an information packed episode you won't want to miss.
