There's no doubt about it: Women (and especially women with children) who attain high leadership positions in Corporate America are being watched like hawks these days. Sheryl Sandberg and Marissa Mayer are hot topics on most of the blogs I read these days. The choices they make for their businesses are, obviously, charting the path for their success (or failure). But the mompreneurs I'm talking to are more concerned with the choices these women leaders are making for themselves and their families. They're looking to these women to figure out what might be possible for themselves. Today I'll give my take on how these choices affect mompreneurs like us.
