With over 20 years of experience, Detective Turner recently received the Meritorious Award Class C for his role in successfully solving a two-year old human trafficking case in Long Beach, as well as alerting the FBI to a glitch in the system that formerly prevented law enforcement from identifying possible child victims of human trafficking sooner. This glitch has currently been corrected.
