UFC's Sarah Kaufman, top prospect Katlyn Chookagian on J&J MMA

MMA fighters Sarah Kaufman and Katlyn Chookagian join Jay Kelly and Joe Rizzo for J&J MMA on MnA Sports Radio.  

Kaufman (@MMASarah) was scheduled to fight Shayna Baszler on April 16 at the TUF Nations Finale in Quebec City, but Baszler was forced to withdraw from the match.  Jay and Joe caught Kaufman as she did not know if Baszler was going to be replaced or if the fight would be scratched.  Tune in for the raw emotion of what a fighter goes through when their livelihood is on the line yet completely out of their own control. 

Chookagian (@Blondefighter) is a top prospect at 115 pounds after a 7-0 career as an amateur. She is slated to make her professional debut in New Jersey at CFFC in June.  Chookagian is learning the game from the cage, but also from the media standpoint.  She recapped how she got to this point in her career, chronicled days that start out training with Frankie Edgar and end in Jamal Patterson's gym, with trips throughout the New York area.  Chookagian touches on her alternate life as a bartender Hoboken, and recounts how she handled a wiseguy back in the 6th grade.
