Greetings!

I have the pleasure and privilege of being a 'guest speaker' on my sister Sandra's show!  It’s on Saturday, August 9, 7 - 10 p.m. EST - 347 539 5669. A few years ago I regularly taught 'mind body' fitness: Tai Chi and Pilates. As part of my Public Health doctoral internship this summer, I just had the pleasure of teaching Tai Chi classes to a group of great guys doing battle with a number of addictions.  After a few sniggles [that's a giggle under your breath] and other comments, all 10 or so of them seemed almost transported - Seriously!  It was amazing.  So, I'm inspired again and look forward to this opportunity to talk with anyone who calls in.
