Initiating Domain

In today’s Project Management Mondays episode, hostess Carla R Jenkins will discuss the initiating domain. The PMBOK defines the initiating domain as ‘consisting of those processes performed to define a new project or a new phase of an existing project by obtaining authorization to start the project or phase.
