State Sovereignty: King, Obergefell, Planned Parenthood, Conservative Majority?

It's Not About Right and Left. It's About Right and Wrong!

Wow! Has it been a busy month. King and Obergefell define Supreme Court malfeasance all within 48 hours. Planned Parenthood is selling body parts. And President Obama seems to have siezed the power to make and approve treaties without (and even over the objections of) the Senate. What's the answer?

One thing the answer clearly ISN'T is to "elect more Republicans." With a "Conservative" majority in both Houses of the Legislature, why are these things even happening? The legislature has straightforward Constitutional power to limit the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court in Obergefell. They have direct power (and responsibility) to "fix" the language of King. They have Constitutional duty to approve or disapprove any treaty with a foreign power. Where are they?

We have solutions! It's time for States to take back the reins of government. It's time for the federal government to be the servant of the people, not their master. Is this a new "awakening?" It's up to us.
