COLD CASE: Where is Elizabeth (Beth) Ann Gill? Missing at age 2½ ... 48 years ago!
Tonight's show about the disappearance of 2½-year-old Elizabeth (Beth) Ann Gill, is Missouri's oldest missing person's case. The little toddler disappeared while playing in her yard on June 13, 1965 ... 48 years ago.
Three years ago there was renewed interest in Beth's case, when the FBI classified her disappearance as a kidnapping and the case was reopened.
The biggest question to this disappearance, was whether or not the band of "gypsy-like travelers" that had checked into the motel right behind the Gill's house had anything to do with it ... Beth went missing while playing outside in her yard while in the care of her older siblings.
It is very much believed by many that Beth is alive. And if she is, there is very little chance she remembers what happened to her when she was just a toddler.
