He authored meaningful worksite enforcement laws to stop the hiring of illegal aliens, in fact Arizona's "Fair and Legal Employment Act" is considered to be the toughest and most "non" discriminatory law in the nation. He also authored Prop. 100 a Constitutional Amendment to prohibit bail to illegal aliens who commit serious crimes in this state, and passed by 78% by the voters of Arizona.
