  Excellence Matters to this certified professional meeting planner.  Robin  has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Upon earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality from Purdue University, in West Lafayette, IN she has logged 20 years of working in corporate America and in Ministry. Her career highlights include working over 10 years for Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites in Sales and 10 years in ministry at New Birth Church as the Director of Events and Conferences (2 years), as the Personal Assistant to William Murphy (Mr. Praise is What I Do) (4 years) and at the dReam Center church of ATLANTA as the Director of Marketing and Helps Ministry (3 years and counting.)
  

  
  While still quite active in her local church, she is the President of The Ware Agency – ATLANTA.  Based in Atlanta, it is a full service agency that assists churches and small businesses with conference planning, marketing and leadership training.  Her latest passion is blogging and writing. In January 2009, she was selected to become a Guest Columnist and Daily Devotional writer for StreamingFaith.com (www.streamingfaith.com).

  Wanting to help as many people as possible, she founded The Excellence Conference for ministry leaders and small business owners.  This annual conference occurs every November in Atlanta and provides marketing, event planning, hospitality and business etiquette training.  A woman of excellence, her mantra is Excellence Matters.  Check out her books (Hosting Church Folk, The Administrator, Excellence in Event Planning ) and other resource material (Lady Etiquette Presents…Fine Dining and Business Etiquette and Professional Decorum both are DVD’s) that she’s written to understand her commitment to excellence.  She travels frequently providing onsite training and workshops based on her resource materials.
