We all have days that are considerably more challenging and stressful than others. Unfortunately, stress is hard on both the mind and body.

During the Christmas holidays there can be too many high stress days for some that can really take its toll. And what’s worse, a person can become so used to being in this “high state of alert” that he/she starts to feel like it is normal to be Stress Out During The Holidays! Don’t let this happen to you.
