Love In Abundance (LIA) is a 10-year old research based nonprofit organization that was established after over 10 years of interviews with children of divorce and separation after my own divorce. I wanted to hear from children struggling through their parent’s separation how life was for them, because I knew divorce was the only additional pain I wanted to add into the lives of my children. I wanted to hear the things they felt their parents were doing wrong since the separation. Hundreds of children opened up their hearts to me, a stranger, because of the belief that I cared, and I do.
