Abstinence based recovery is progressive as more tools techniques and disciplines are integrated. Self-regulating behaviours bring about the ability to be authentic, congruent and in community.

  • Acceptance and awareness
  • Accountability
  • Integrating  Ego Boundaries
  • Discerning  choices -
  • Being comfortable in the gap.

Recovery means reengineering your life with a focus on self-renewal. Surrender to win. Nothing will change without first accepting the reality of what is causing immense suffering in your life.

Our very existence is characterized by four truths, or marks. These marks are impermanence, egolessness, suffering, and peace. Understanding these four truths can lead to profound depth and equanimity in our lives.

Awareness is the birthplace of infinite possibilities. Everything you want to do and be has a  starting point in awareness. In any given moment there are pathways forward.

“Do not resist your pain. Surrender to the grief, despair, fear, loneliness, or whatever form the suffering takes. Witness it without labeling it mentally. Allow it to be there. Embrace it. Then see how the miracle of surrender transmutes deep suffering into deep peace.” E. Tolle
