Thank you for joining us on Friday as we focus on practicing as a community. Today will be Q & A so I hope everyone brings plenty of questions about their practice or about mindfulness in general. These can be asked live or through the chat box. Time permitting I will share answers to some of the most often asked questions. We focus on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese, Zen master. Maybe you have questions about meditation, applying the 5 trainings, that we recited last week, The 4 Noble Truths, Noble Eightfold Path, feel free to ask any questions that you have.
