Welcome to our Friday Mindfulness Practice. On Friday's we practice as a community, sharing the practice, our views, our experiences, our understanding and our passion for harmony and peace. We follow the tradition and teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and part of the tradition are the Five Mindfulness Trainings. Today we will be reciting the Five Trainings in community. Please listen and observe the seeds of these trainings as they arise in you. We will chant the "Heart of the Prajnaparamita" and we will read the Five Mindfulness Trainings.
