How to Jump From a Ferris Wheel and Land on Your Feet

United States, English

I, too, am broken and have many pieces that are still in the process of being carefully picked up and placed together. For me, it is a lifetime process. For others, it may happen sooner than later. I am slow and diligent. Alcoholism is pervasive in my family, as well as drug addiction, man addiction, gambling, obsessive shopping.. all have taking toll on me and my family.. but as Maya said.. "still I rise!" The key to life is knowing when we are sick and tired of being sick and tired.. this is the beautiful start of lifelong healing. Through pain we find reason to heal. Through adversity we find avenues to take action towards positive change. I extend an invitation to anyone here to share a chapter from your life where you took an adverse situation and turned it into a positive.. you came out victorious! How to Jump From a Ferris Wheel and Land on Your Feet is a ten volume series of empowering stories written by women for women and is making a difference in the lives of many. Please join me in helping to inspire others.
