    Dear Los Angeles Mission,

It was really wonderful for me to meet with you and tour your facilities which are large indeed. You have so many people working for you.

You provide such a vital, needed and basic necessity of food to go around the world packaged and assembled so individuals can survive. I was impressed with how well your volunteers were organized and how quick they produced.

As we said, I will only be too glad to donate my time to educate the people who want to change their financial life, about real estate to help them move into a different phase of their lives. As you know, it is important to me these people pay no monies to me now or in the future.

I will also donate the real estate materials your audience will need if you tell me how many there will be.

    Sincerely,

    Virginia Swanson - Kaufman

    A Work In Progress

    Dear A Work In Progress,
It was really wonderful for me to meet with you and tour your facilities.
It is an important job you do and gives people a second chance.
As I might have mentioned, I sometimes give real estate seminars free to individuals who want to change their financial life. If there is interest, I will only be too glad to donate my time to educate about real estate to help people move into a different phase of their lives. As you know it is important for me that these people pay no monies to me both now or in the future.
I will also donate the Real Estate Materials your audience will need if you tell me how many there will be.
Again, thank you so much for having me in your facility.
    Sincerely,
    Virginia Swanson - Kaufman

When you arrive at the building, go to the security desk just inside the door, and you will be given a pass to right the escalator up to the Mezzanine level and see the two galleries on opposite sides of this level.

The facade of the original building is what is seen from the street, but then, look up and you will see the amazing addition to the building designed by Foster and Partners, with Adamson Associates.

The New Yorker calls it “The most beautiful skyscraper to go up in New York since 1967”

Time stated “The storied New York City Skyline gets a surge of exhilaration with the first worthy addition of the century”
