    We hope to expand our website by broadcasting interesting information about ethnic cooking and culture on Blog TalkRadio. The broadcasts will be about ethnic foods from all over the world. It is amazing how diverse countries are including different regions in the same country. Take our country as an example. A simple meal like chilli is prepared different in California they have ingredients in their chilli and it differs from texas and they both are so very different from the chilli served in Cincinnati.
