My biggest beef with black/white interracial relationships is that the white partner often faces threats of being disowned by their family for dating/marrying someone black. Furthermore, the white partner always tries to minimize and invalidate the black partner's feelings when ranting about episodes of discrimination at work or during their workday.

My experience has been that black American women generally have issues with a black man dating non-black women (especially white women) even if they have no romantic or sexual interest in that man whatsoever... how hypocritical and selfish!!!
