Dreams and the dreaming state are normally a part of life that is surround in mystery and speculation. I present the assumption that dreams are to be taken seriously even though we might not understand the deeper meaning of those dreams immediately. Some dreams can stay with you an entire lifetime just waiting to be understood. We dream to become awake to life. We challenge you to prove that statement wrong.
Dreams are a part of your life you can develop just like a plant that grows to a tree. It does not matter where you start, but only that you do start. We feel that dreams are an important part of your inner instrument panel in the cockpit of life.
We will be talking about what you can do to become more aware of your dreams, how to work with them, understand them and interact with them.
Dreams are outside of our normal awareness as far as involvement is concerned. Most people dream approximately 7 times a night if they get uninterrupted sleep for 7-8 hours. All people dream and without dreams our mind loses its balance. Can dreams therefore be an important part of that step inside to understand your self and life better?
We open up all aspects of the dream life with extended awareness beyond normal. Also waking dreams, intuition, contemplation, meditation and trances of different kinds are a part of the same resources we use when we sleep.
