Wonderful advice and great scenarios, Cathy, and I certainly go along with your viewpoint on this subject. I'm a firm believer of the separation of church and state and I feel that it's risky to bring your personal issues to the workplace. You're so right - you can never be sure exactly how people will interpret or misinterpret your personal story, situation, or set of circumstances.
