    Chris Lambrecht founded Intelligent Marketing Solutions (IMS) in 1997 after resigning his partnership in a regional business-to-business agency located in Atlanta.     Arline Chase became a publisher by accident when her good friend and publisher, Connie Foster, became ill and unable to continue with her company. She had been a best-selling author on her website for years and hated to see 200 authors become homeless. When she offered to sell it to Arline, she agreed at once, though she knew nothing of the process. Apparently, Arline loves a challenge, too. Newly retired, she pitched in to learn the publishing business and is still learning.
