Good show, Les. We listened to it on our computer in Rehoboth. Regarding appreciation, I have found through many years of experience that evaluation sessions with people who work for you are really difficult and require tailoring for each person with whom you talk. It is particularly hard to keep everything positive, but a couple of techniques I have used are (1) discuss the areas of the person's job in which they have done good work, and (2) ask the person if there are any areas of his/her j
