It’s so easy to say derogatory things about yourself, especially after trauma when the world feels as if it’s crashing down on you. Making even the smallest decision can be overwhelming and then, when you do, you doubt your choices, your actions, and even your feelings. What you may not realize is that being unkind to yourself stalls your recovery path. That is exactly what you DON’T want to do!

Today, on Changing Direction, Michele will share why it’s so important to love yourself after trauma and as you begin to heal. She will share various areas in which you may be hindering your recovery and how to adjust your thought processes to promote healing and growth.

Join Michele Rosenthal, Keynote Speaker, Award-Nominated Author, Post-Trauma Coach, and host of "Changing Direction", on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2pm EST to explore how to create change you choose in all areas of your life.  Michele covers a broad range of topics to help you recognize who you want to be and the path to get there.

Michele’s shows combine scientific research, cutting-edge guests and personal stories that highlight the challenges and successes of deliberately deciding to change the direction of your life. If you could use some inspiration, motivation, how-to strategy or just company along your own private journey, tune in for each episode's insights and suggestions guaranteed to help you move forward.
