Imagine being on the 78th floor in the North Tower of the World Trade Center when the Boeing 767 hit at 8:46 a.m. on September 11, 2001. Imagine feeling the tower lean South and sudden panic erupting around you. Imagine that, although you don't feel an immediate impact, out of the windows smoke and fire and millions of pieces of burning paper and other debris is falling through the air. You only hear it. You don't see it because you're blind.

Changing Direction welcomes Michael Hingson to share his story of companionship, trust, and love.  Trusting his guide dog, Roselle, Michael was safely led from the towers and is here with us to share how you can find unshakeable faith in the most terrifying of times through trust.
