Reconstructing our own identity is possible. Yep! You can change your direction and choose to redefine who you are. How? Our brain changes as it reacts to stimuli. How that stimuli is interpreted then determines our thoughts, our feelings, and our behavior. This all becomes part of our identity. As you pick and pull from the thousands of traits, characteristics, and actions that determine who you are, you are making a choice to create that which defines who are you are to you as well as those around you!
