Michael Porter's WrestleShoot  

We ALL NOW know just WHY Rob Van Dam was unable to appear on this week's "Michael Porter's WrestleShoot"!

I heard, just about an hour before the start of the WWE Royal Rumble Pay-Per-View, that RVD was seen at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan, and that he would MOST LIKELY be a SURPRISE Entrant in the Rumble itself!

And...if fact, Rob Van Dam DID come in as Entrant Number 25 to a MONSTEROUS pop, due to the fact that RVD's Home Town is Battle Creek, Michigan...about 40 miles from Detroit!

Unfortunately, RVD was the 22nd contestant eliminated from the Rumble by Chris Jericho!

Whether Rob Van Dam is "BACK" with the WWE or if it's just on a "per show" basis, it's GREAT for HIM and his lovely wife, Sonya! And MY CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Rob!

However...RVD IS shortly set to start filming a NEW Action Movie entitled "Wrong Side of Town" in the state of Louisiana, with the film's Director/Writer, David DeFalco! So...other than possibly an appearance on tomorrow night's WWE RAW, RVD is already slated to beging filming "Wrong Side of Town" within a week or so!

So...once again...MY CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Rob Van Dam on his SURPRISE appearance at the Royal Rumble!

I look forward to hearing from Rob when he has the chance, to re-schedule his Interview on "Michael Porter's WrestleShoot"!
