Ashtyn Tayler is a medical volunteer who has been working at the U.S. southern border with medical teams assisting individuals and families. Ashlyn is a native Texan who graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Enviornmental Heath.

On 7/2/18, Ashtyn was interviewed on MSNBC's "The Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell" and shared photographs of what parents and children in custody have been enduring.
