Many of us live dual lives when it comes to our spiritual practice and how we engage physical fitness. There are body based practices like yoga, that do in some ways emphasize spiritualty, but in those practices we often divorce the idea of "fitness" from the practice. In this episode I'm going to talk about the imporatnce of working through integration. How can I allow my spiritual self to empower my fitness journey, and what can I do to allow fitness to be a catalyst for my spiritual growth and well-being.
