Warren is a proven leader. As a former U.S. Army Officer with a history of successfully leading and directing global operations and programs, and the activities of over 2,200 senior staff personnel, Warren is a consummate professional who understands doing what is right for his country and his community. Throughout his career, he has been lauded for his dynamic abilities to supervise, lead, and direct military and senior federal and contract employees, manage a variety of strategic planning projects in an emergency management environment, and develop and implement continuity of operations programs. Warren has commanded, with distinction, multiple overseas military deployments, managing and directing all facets of administrative and logistics operations for 2,200+ joint and combined military and civilian personnel and setting conditions for units to achieve individual and collective strategic partnership goals. In addition, he volunteered in the community as a board member on Maryland’s Business Roundtable for Education, a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the National Capitol Region, President of his community’s Home Owner’s Association, Board Member of the National Black Justice Coalition, and Membership Chair, National Association of Black Veterans—Prince George’s County.
