Angela Stribling is a woman of many talents but is probably best known for her television career on BET as Host of Screen Scene, the network's premier entertainment news show. She spent four years hosting Screen Scene before becoming an integral part of launching BET Jazz.   Angela is a native of Buffalo, New York where she discovered her passion for singing at the tender age of just 4 years and was vocally trained in jazz and classical studies. She hones her skills in New York City at various venues including The Rainbow Room, The Supper Club, and The Soul Cafe. Her dynamic performances have earned her the honor of sharing the stage with some of the world's most gifted musicians including the incomparable Stevie Wonder, Chaka Kahn, and Najee.  One of Angela's highest honors was being invited as the vocalist to perform at a gala tribute for Congressman Charles Rangel hosted by President Bill Clinton, Robert DiNero, and Kevin Spacey.  For four years she, along with Ramsey Lewis and Lou Rawls, hosted Jazz Central; A nightly program, featuring performances and interviews with renowned jazz artists.
