Mark Samuelian - Let's Meet on Alton

Mark has had a successful 25-year career as a real estate investor, management consulting partner and private equity investor. Mark has been nominated to the Board of MBU. He is a graduate of the Miami Beach Leadership Academy and active with the MDPL. He leads
Community Affairs for the Alton Road Business Association and serves as a Pillar Board member for the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. He
has lectured to high school students on ethics and political engagement in
conjunction with the Miami-Dade Ethics Commission and regularly attends
and supports The Good Government Initiative workshops. He also serves
on the Advisory Board of Pets’ Voice Miami.

Mark is a former Partner at Accenture and his consulting work has taken
him to Israel, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Australia, Singapore and
Hong Kong. Mark holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University ofPennsylvania and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering cum laude fromGeorgia Institute of Technology,Mark was a national chess master and state high school champion, and is a volunteer chess tutor at Miami Beach High and Nautilus Middle School.In 2013, Mark published an article in The Atlantic on the brain-training benefits of speed chess.
