Larry Barditch, Director of Sales and Marketing at Warren Henry Auto Group, surprisingly began his career in the bottled water industry! He owned Palm Water, a home and office bottled water company, for 19 years before selling it in 2008 prior to the country’s financial and real estate crashes. In July 2009 Barditch entered into the auto industry with a friend who owned a Chevrolet franchise; he also worked with General Motors as digital marketing consultant during their 2010 national eSummit campaign.
Barditch began working with Warren Henry Auto in December 2010 and has witnessed the growth of its seven franchises and nine Florida locations ranging from Ocala (Volvo/Subaru) to Palmetto Bay (Land Rover). The company, best known for “exceeding customer expectations in South Florida for over 35 years,” has a wide variety of dealerships: Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, Infiniti, Subaru, Lamborghini and Fisker.
He attributes the arrival of his “Ah-ha” moment to the auto industry’s lack of an adequate online experience for consumers: mirroring the tremendous boost of online marketing products from companies like Amazon and Zappos, Barditch began delivering a higher standard of online car customer service.
