Tropicool Art & Entertainment

Miami Beach, like beauty, is the in eye of the beholder. Some see hotels, resorts and beaches, while others see restaurants and nightclubs. Some dive below the surface of the ocean, while others seek art, dance and opera. If there is an art to tourism, then Miami Beach is the curator. Remix and evolve. Take a walk on the artistic side - galleries and gallery walks, classical music, modern dance, exciting entertainment. From the Miami Design and Wynwood Art Districts to the "on the edge-of-the-ocean" vibe of South Beach, Miami Beach moves to a tropicool rhythm of its own.

    Platform Practice

Today was a test. I'm making a presentation on Thursday, 3.27.08 during Mark Hendrick's ISS conference in Orlando, Florida.

One day, I was normal. Listening to talk radio in my car on the road to Damascus like everybody. The next day, I was changed!

I read an ebook by Tim Phelan called 'The Hottest Social Marketing Site for 2008.' To my surprise it was BlogTalkRadio.. With Tim's guidance, I crossed into a new dimension. Then, I heard a voice on my computer doing an internet talks radio show about a topic I was interested in. When I realized it was me, I became a convert.

I realized every conversation I would have with someone who has a point of view could be a podcast. Of course, I had to figure out what a podcast was, but I knew I could do it.

Now, I'm an 'evangelist' for BlogTalkRadio.com.

When Mark asked me to join Martin Sabel - BlogTalkRadio's Mr. ElderCare - to tell the choir why they should set up to the pulpit, I knew my moment was at hand.

Martin's show is on Saturday from 10 to 10:30 CST.

Mine is on Wednesday from Noon to 1 PM EST and Monday from Noon to 1 PM EST. I'm going to begin Pocono Preview in April to talk about the Pocono Mountains, and my companion website www.PoconoPreview.com.

Check out www.BlogTalkRadio.com/markhendricks for the shows that Martin and I will do on March 28, 29 and 30th at Noon EST. We have a captive audience at the conference, so we'll be inviting the speakers and the partipants to callin and be on the show. You can listen live, as it happens, or later, at your convenience.
