The Dred Scott case and the confusion promoted…

As the Aboriginal Indigenous people of the land we must be able to receive information and analyze it before putting it out as opinion. There seems to be confusion regarding the Dred Scott case in terms of who is who and nationality or the lack thereof. Couple this with the gross misinteretation of the unconstitutional 14 amendment which is not law. It must be noted and known that the key component of the unconstitutional 14 amendment is “corporations are persons as that word is used in the first clause of the XIVth amendment;”

We must activate our voice with law and speak with our Writs!!!
