    Anthony C. Wayne and Tommy Romero try to keep the faith amidst the disturbing reports regarding the Mets recent injuries. After a long list of Mets News and Notes, the infamous duo was joined again by Tommy L from NHP. The gang discussed Tommy L’s second trip to Citi Field on Wednesday. Later on in the discussion, Tom revealed that in his earlier days as an athlete he was the unfortunate victim of a hamstring tear. Ugh!
     
    This week’s higher or lower makes light as to how long the Mets players will continue to sport their beards, five hundred or this Sunday. After touching on the fact that GM Omar Minaya decided to skip the trade deadline this season, we received an unexpected call from Tati in Greenpoint, who enlightened us with a higher or lower of her own, ‘What will happen first, the Mets winning the World Series or another astronaut setting foot on the moon? Great one.
