Have you been wanting to start an Exercise program but haven’t taken the time or just don’t know where to start?  Is it time for you to cross this To Do off your list? 

As we continue working on  getting rid of the negativity in our lives this week we will be looking at ways to decrease the clutter  on our bodies and in our minds

 

Exercise is a great place to start not only does it help us  decrease the clutter but it helps us to feel good about who we are. When we exercise we release endorphins and endorphins make us happy.

There are many different types of exercise, in this weeks conversation we will be focusing on the benefits of Pilates, Weight lifting and Aerobics.
