Lunar New Years are only a week away.  Downtown Flushing, Queens has surpassed Chinatown in Manhattan.  It is the year of the rooster or flying dragon.  There will be parades and fireworks in many cities across the United States as well as countries that celebrate.  Those are the public events but how do family and friends celebrate in their private lives.  Councilman Peter Koo whose contingents live in Flushing will share what he and his family intend to do on New Years eve, day and the days that follow this longer lasting New Years.
