What have they done with my chocolate? Vanessa Barg owns a company called Gnosis (as in the word "diagnosis'), a chocolate manufacturer that adds extreme nutruitional value to their dark chocolate. We're talking about herbs, nut, etc.
She travels to where the cocoa beans are grown and when the chocolate bars are made in small batches, you can be sure that there isn't any milk or cane sugar....no, not a "sugar substitute like what the find in "equal" or one like sorbitol, but agave.
