The last twenty years have seen the increase of 55+ only communities. Young seniors bought them like candy. Are age restricted communities really in the best interest of the members, seniors, and the community as a whole? We need to take another look at this idea>

One of the best by products of the internet is the voice the invisible world citizen now has through a unique media called "blogging".  Not only has this given me the opportunity to express myself, it has given me the opportunity to learn what the rest of the insvisible world citizen thinks, feels, does, and says.  This window into the rest of the world's opinions has been a shocking awakening into reality about the rest of the media I had so sincerely trusted.  It has shown me how censored, edited, and controled is the news we get from television, news papers, and magazines.  I am so eternally grateful to the internet and an expression called blogging.

There are literally thousands of issues people need the facts, truth, insights, and complete information to enhance their life and make good choices.  No one is an expert on all of them.  Every one is an expert on one of them.  I have certain experiences and backgrounds that I want to share with the planet.  Among these are information on Home Owners Associations, real estate, fine arts, weight lifting, and some literature and philosophy.  I hope that makes me a fairly well rounded opinionated person. While I don't have opinions on a vast amount of practices, skills, and ideas on the planet, I still have quite a few on the topics I mentioned. I believe this sharing them is of value.  That is why I began Menifee Valley Talk Radio.  I hope you will join my every Sunday night at 7 P.M. pacific standard time.
