Why 66,000,000 Obama Votes Are Not the Will of People

One of the most common arguments presented by Obamabots why the people who are challenging Obama’s eligibility to be President should not do so is because 66,000,000 people voted for Obama.  Therefore choice for Obama is the will of the people.  Wrong, wrong, wrong and 66,000,000 votes wrong. 

Only half of America voted.  Only half of the half who voted, voted for whom they thought was Obama.  That makes the number only 25% of the people who thought they voted for Obama. That  is hardly the will of the people.  The candidate for whom 66,000,000 people voted, was not the candidate they thought he was.

1.      First of all Obama’s true legal name is Barry Sotoero.  If Obama’s real name is Barry Sotoero, the people voted for Barack Hussein Obama and not Barry Sotoero.  Barack Obama doesn’t exist except by his fictional creation.

2.      If Obama knowing he failed to meet one of the three criteria to become president, then he is knowingly a false candidate. False means not real.  Not real means fiction.  The people voted for a fictional candidate and not a bonafide qualified real candidate.  They voted for a fictional character.

3.      If Obama was “change you could believe in”, then the people voted for their belief in change not to get short changed.

4.      If Obama is MSM favorite and MSM suppressed vital information necessary for the public choice and reported only favorable information about Obama, then the people voted for Obama media hype, not the favorite.

5.      If Obama is a flim/flam man, the people voted for the flim/flam and not the man. The man is an illusion.

6.      If Obama is an empty suit, they voted for the suit and not the empty.

7.      If Obama is “the one”, they voted for a fantasy and not the man.

8.      If Obama is one slick glittering package, they voted for the package and not the slick.

9.      If Obama is a silver plated turd, they voted for the silver plating and not the turd.

If Obama is not qualified under the US Constitution to be President, then he perjured himself and perpetrated a heinous fraud upon the American people.  All those people who voted in good faith for him have been betrayed.  The reality is that had MSM been objective in their reporting about Obama and disclosed the question of his eligibility based upon his citizenship, perhaps 66,000,000 would have voted differently.  Because Obama, the DNC, MSM, and a few thousand more deliberately covered up the truth, published a forged COLB, chances are very good there is a USURPER about to steal the government and place America in the greatest NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT in her history.  

Under no circumstances can Obamabots claim because 66,000,000 who voted for what they thought was a valid candidate these votes represent the will of the people. Again, had the voters known the real facts, the question is would they have voted for him. It cannot be called the will of the people when the people who voted had voted based upon false information.

The Supreme Court of the United States is On Trial

 

Regardless of MSM's reporting of Obama's "president elect" activities of moving into the white house and planning to step into the role of President, the loud silence is shouting America may be facing a usurper and is just a few weeks from a problem that may devastate America.

 

No matter how long or how well MSM has attempted cover up and obfuscate the issue of Barack Hussein Obama’s ineligibility to be President, the reality is not only millions of Americans are aware of the great “cover-up conspiracy”, so is the entire world aware of it.  In short “the cat is out of the bag”.   There are now FOUR (4) cases petitioning the US Supreme Court.  There are also several more cases brought to court on the state level.  We The People published two full page ads the first week of December in the Chicago Tribune. 

 

In spite of MSM’s unanimous silence, the information is still coming forward like a huge tide. MSM will reluctantly have to acknowledge the issues if it hopes to retain what little credibility it has left.  Those who have already done so have mucked up their reporting with false information, confusion of the facts, and puny predictions that the cases pending before the Supreme courts will be dismissed based upon the odds.  It isn’t hard to see between their bias lines they truly don’t want the truth about Obama to come forward.  It isn’t hard to conclude MSM has forgotten the importance of the Constitution or the danger America will be facing if a usurper grabs the office of Presidency. MSM seems to be totally indifferent to these vey real facts! It seems that MSM wants the Supreme Court to dismiss these cases.  It is as if they have a death like fear of having their neat bubble will burst if it should be decided that Obama is not eligible to be President.

 

This time their predictions the Supreme Court cases will be dismissed because of the past history of the Supreme Courts’history of odds-- of the number of cases petitioned versus the number of cases heard—is hogwash.  MSM, along with many extremely ignorant elected officials and equally ignorant Obama worshipers reveal their total lack of respect for laws of our country, integrity of character, and honesty in government. They also reveal a naïveté about major crisis America is facing if a usurper actually becomes President.  It should be the primary concern of all citizens of the United States to be certain the man who may take the oath on January 20, 2009 is in fact, truth, and reality eligible under the Constitution of the US to be President. This above any other issue in the world is PRIORITY.   Every other issue—economy, terrorism, political party, immigration, war in Iraq, etc.etc.etc. Is secondary to this one most important and VERY SACRED ISSUE.

 

THE SUPREME COURT HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO DECIDE THESE CASES NO MATTER HOW UNPOPULAR THEY MAY BE WITH THEM.  This is precisely the case for which our forefathers created the Supreme Court.  This case is of unprecedented historic proportion.  Unlike cases that ask decisions on a right to choose or whether or not the word "God" should be in the Pledge of Allegiance, or the Nativity Scene displayed in public places, which will cause no threat to the American way of life if they are post poned or not heard. This question asks to discover whether or not there is going to be a USURPER attempting to violate the Constitution of the United States. The very real concern of a USURPER stealing the office of presidency is a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY. Time is of the essence. The Supreme Court does not have the luxury of dismissing or postponing such a case while America is under the threat of NATIONAL SECURITY.

 

The real trial is not whether or not Obama is a Usurper.  The real trial will be how the Supreme ultimately decides. The whole world already knows there is abundant evidence Obama is a USURPER. If the Supreme Court has the courage to do what is right and declare Obama ineligible to be President and over turn the election, it will have protected every American citizen and retained the respect of the whole world.  All will continue with a great peace of mind Our Sacred Constitution has been upheld and America will continue to evolve in the greatness our fore fathers had envisioned. If the nine guardians of our Sacred document some how distort, contort, convolute or in any other method of legal trickery legitimize Obama and declare him qualified to be President for any visible or invisible reasons such as intimidation, bribery, or?, then the whole world will know America is dead.  The carcass will be grabbed by any one.

The city council has directed their staff to look into the cost of hiring a consultant to help them draw up the district boundaries needed to comply with the by district elections to be held in 2010.  At issue is only two seats come open in 2010.  Scott Mann and John Denver’s seats are open for the 2010 election.  Unique to a FIRST council in a new city, that's the law and it was based on total overall election results.  The bottom 2 of 5, in a by district council, only serve 2 years.  It’s highly possible that districts would be drawn now, based on the 2000 census plus tax roles, etc., and naturally fall into separate districts without any gerimandering.  Through numbering them as district 2 and 4 we could vote by district, and only those two districts  would be allowed to vote for those two seats.

In 2010 we will also have a new census, so before the 2012 elections where Kuenzi, Twyman  and Edgerton are up for re-election, we’ll have a new population totals and new districts would be drawn again.  If we use geographic districts based on population then Twyman and Kuenzi or even Edgerton, may all be running for the same district, and districts 1, 3 and 5 would vote.

By law, the city council in establishing the boundaries of the districts, may give consideration to the following factors: 

(1) topography, (2) geography, (3) cohesiveness, contiguity, integrity, and compactness of territory, and (4) community of interests of the districts.

We also were not given the choice of whether to elect a mayor independent of the city council.  Under general law incorporation we could have had an elected mayor.  The way we are set up now, the council selects the mayor and we rely heavily on the city manager to do the real city work.

Scott Mann weighed in on last nights Menifee Matters at blogtalkradio.com.  Hosted by Therese Daniels [archived at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/menifeevalleyradio], that we also were not aware of the real options of how we could be governed, since the options were not presented to us at the time of the June election.   The fact is there were 5 forms of government available to us, but only LAFCOs recommendation made it to the ballot.

Cityhood passed, but by law we could have chosen any one of the following forms of government for our new city.  Not only did we not get the choice of FROM district, where candidates must reside in a given district, but the entire city votes for all districts, but we also didn’t get a choice of whether we have an elected mayor or not.  I think those are both viable methods for Menifee, and they were not even on the ballot.

(a) By districts – where only the district votes for their home district candidate
(b) From districts – where the city votes for candidates from 5 districts
(c) By districts, with an elective mayor – Where we elect mayor separate from council

(d) From districts , with an elective mayor – where we elect mayor separate from council
