This is part 2 from last week's show entitled "No Need to Fear, Prepare!" Last week we primarily discussed what the average person should do to prepare for a disaster instead of being scared of what a Trump presidency can do to the U.S. But this week, our focus will be on being self sufficient (which is a large part of prepping). Being increasingly self sufficient will decrease your need for mainstream services and goods, so if anything does happen that negatively affects the country, you and whomever you've created a network with, will be less affected or without a disaster, will simply be more in control of your own resources (huge peace of mind).
Our first guest (returning from last week), Kwabena Nkromo of Atlanta Food & Farm PBC, will start our discussion by detailing his background as an urban agriculturalist and will focus on how to get one started. This is especially important information for those in food deserts, areas where there are no local grocery stores with fresh food.
Our second guest, also returning from last week, will be Mr. Bailey, part of a husband and wife prepper team. He will revisit some of the information he presented last week, but his main focus will be to answer questions from callers.
Please join hosts Alex Primo and Asha Zuri of Black Thoughts and Theory: The Radio Show this Thursday, December 1st and our guests Mr. Nkromo and Mr. Bailey as we discuss being self sufficient and prepping. Call 97-889-2830; press 1 to talk and 2 to listen.
